- Prepare 130 gm of Gula Kastor.
- Prepare 50 ml of air.
- You need of Bahan (B):-.
- You need 500 ml of Fresh Milk.
- Prepare 180 gm of Gula Kastor.
- It's 10 of biji telur (B).
- It's Sedikit of esen vanilla.
- You need of Setitik Pewarna Kuning.
Cream Caramel Pudding instructions
- 1~Panaskan gula hingga keperangan(kacau selalu dgn senduk kayu..Dah nampak keperangan,perlahan api..tuang air..kacau hingga gula larut..Tuangkan kedlm loyang bulat ukuran 8 inci..Biarkan sejuk @ gula@ caremal tu keras sikit..baru bancuh bahan (B).
- 2~Satukan semua bahan,ramas dgn tangan sahaja @ pukul dgn whisk tangan perlahan,sekejap shj..hingga telur & gula larut.(pakai sarung tangan) ( Jgn kacau@ pukul lama nanti berbuih berlubang lubang pulak..
- 3~Tapis & tuang dlm loyang yg ada caramel tadi.
- 4~Bakar dgn teknik steambath dlm oven suhu 160 @180 Celcius, steambath selama 45 minit - 1 jam (bergantung pada oven uolls).
- 5~Dah masak, sejukkan dlm chiller baru sedapp & hidangkan.
